Cheesy Hashbrowns
Ingredients:
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of nacho cheese soup
1 can of milk
1 bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns
8 oz of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl mix cans of soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix in hashbrowns. Add mixture to a greased pan. Add salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown.
Oriental Hot Dish
Ingredients:
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb ground beef
1.5 oz of oriental veggies
1 can french style green beans
1 can water chestnuts
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1 cup of water
Directions:
Preheat of to 350. In bowl mix soups, veggies, chestnuts, green beans, celery, soy sauce, rice, and water. Brown beef until all pink is gone. Drain grease. Add ground beef to mixture. Spread mixture into baking pan and cook for 1 hour. Top with Chow Mein noodles and let stand for a few minutes. Serve with soy sauce
